Misc. Notes
Was alive as of 23-July-1952, since that is when he filed for a delayed birth record.
Was *not* listed as a survivor when Spencer died in 1982.

In 1910 the census lists the birthplace of his father as Wisconsin and his mother’s as Ohio (instead of his father from Ohio).
In 1920, Harvey managed to make an appearance in both the Wisconsin [1050] and the Illinois [1327] census, just nine days apart, but his wife was only listed on the Illinois schedule.

Harvey and his wife are buried near her parents. The plot is marked by a vertical stone that says “HALL” on the west side and “DAVIS” on the east side. From the tall “Masonic” monument in Division E, go about 20 paces east and then about 10 paces south.
Research

Have ruled out the Harvey J. Smith living in Plover, Portage Co., Wisconsin after matching 1930 US census & 1905 Wisc. State census.
