Her depature for Søndre Fron [Sør-Fron] in 1862 is unexplained, but she must have returned in time for her marriage, and probably by 1865 (census) Or she changed her mind and never left. [3348], [2635] The register of Sør-Fron, Oppland, which spans 1862, has no record of anyone moving into that parish that year. I don’t know of any other parish named Søndre Fron.
