There was a “Mathilde OLSDATTER” who arrived on the S.S. Concorida, at Quebec, Canada, on 20-MAY-1869, but the record does not state her age, nor does it say where the ship departed from. See Ancestry.com: Canadian Passenger Lists, 1865-1935. This was a common port of entry for Norwegians at that time.
Another possibility is “Petro [sic] OLSDATTER” a 28 year old female arriving at Quebec on 06-MAY-1869 on the S. S. Moravian. She had boarded at Liverpool, England.
In 1880, Mathilde and her mother, Anna, were living in the same building as her sister, Clara. [3824], [3822]

Possible match in 1900 census: 2nd Ward of La Crosse, Wisconsin, Matilde LARSON, age 55, born in Norway, with son, Gorg L. LARSON, age 26, born in Wisconsin. If this is the right family, Matilde’s age is off by 3 years, and if “Gorg L” is the same person as “Lemon,” the place of birth is incorrect (or it was wrong in the 1880 census).
