Research
In the 1930 census there are two listings for a Perry BRINSTAD in La Crosse County. The one in Campbell Twp., is believed to be the correct one, on the basis that it states his parents were born in Norway, whereas the “Perry L. BRINSTAD” in La Crosse (city - T626, roll 2579) states his parents were born in Wisconsin. Additionally, the one in the city is noted as widowed, while it is believed that the correct Perry never married. It is curious however that their reported ages are only a year apart.
