Research
The same marriage register page on which Edward & Mary Ann’s marriage is recorded (Brixworth Registration District Vol.3b, p.305), includes a marriage of a William PEBARDY. And because one of the brides also indexed to that same page was an Elizabeth NORTON, perhaps this was a double wedding with his brother and his wife’s sister. [462]
