The index for “Stamrullen for Fronske kompani” lists an Østen OLSEN from the farm “Hage Upper and Lower,” but it gives the soldier’s birth date as 07-MAY-1785, so this may not be the same person. It is not clear which parish this particular Hage farm was in, and there is no other known connection for Østen to such a farm.
