Assumed to be Williams ALLEN’s father based on Isaac’s affidavit submitted with Sarah Taylor’s pension application. [1824, p.10]. Isaac said his son (unnamed) married a daughter of William & Sarah TAYLOR, and the only such daughter who is known to have married an ALLEN, is Margaret.
Isaac moved from New Jersey, to Lycoming Co., PA, about 1798 [1824, p.10]. Another source gives the year as 1800 and that he settled in “Long Reach.” [1606, page 1098]
