Research
In the 1851 census @ Fowlis Wester, she reported her birthplace as Auchtergaven, rather than Moneydie. Auchtergaven does have some association with Moneydie, and on maps it is now Bankfoot, Perthshire, straight north of Moneydie. The birthplace of the 3 boys is diffiuclt to read but is definitely not Moneydie. Ancestry transcribed the place as “Mehitoken, perth.”

06-OCT-2023. Searched for births in Victoria, Australia from, 1854-1870: 4 found; did not find Colin or Alexander.

ages of James, John, Peter, consistent between 1851 census and 1854 passenger list. But census birthplaces of parents Alexander and Ann, not cosistent with their birth records.

Regarding possible son Colin Alexander CAMERON (some sources have Alexander as the first name).
There was an Alexr CAMERON who married a Helen STIRLING in 1889 (Registration number 3899 / 1889); location within Victoria not given by the index. But no marriage of a Colin. So he could have been born 1868 or earlier.
From 1859-1869, no Alexander or Colin CAMERON born to PULLAR mother in Victoria. Also checked “Col*” 1854-1870.
Possible death date of Alexander: 24-MAR-1955 (from a gravestone) age 95.
from Findagrave MEMORIAL# 192832159 (note that date on stone does not match date listed in the memorial; it also claims death date was 24 Mar 1953 [correction submitted 10-OCT-2023]).
But Victoria death index has no Alexander or Colin Cameron who died in 1953-55 (nor one who was age 95). no obituary found via Trove.
Photos have been found that claim to include Alexander with his other brothers.
Possibly died at Cann River, Victoria. Note that the Findagrave memorial also gives that as the burial location.

Research
In the 1851 census @ Fowlis Wester, he reported his birthplace as Monzie, Perthshire, rather than Moneydie. It appears there was some sort of historical connection between the two, so this may not be as much of an error as it seems.
